2016.
Ferrets are amazing animals. I often stand near the cages with ferrets in pet shops to look at these cute creatures playing like babies or sleeping cuddling.
The Latin name "ferret" means "smelly little thief".
They are from weasel family. Ferrets are domesticated European polecats.
A male ferret is called "hob", "hoblet" or "gib". A female ferret is called "jill" or "sprite".
Ferrets are sleepyheads. They play a lot and sleep a lot. Like kittens.
Ferrets are crepuscular animals (active at dawn). They are very popular trainable pets.
